SHIPPING POLICY


We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Standard International Shipping: 8-21 business days

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Our couriers have online tools that can be used to track your parcel once it is shipped out. We encourage you to track your parcels.


LOST ITEMS

Once orders have been shipped, we are no longer liable for or responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for missed-delivery errors caused by the last mile carriers. All shipping issues must be handled between you and the carrier. We are also not responsible for stolen items after they have been delivered.

SHIPPING FEES

The shipping cost is non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to provide us with your accurate delivery address. If the delivery address was provided incorrectly, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods if delivery fails.
